Practice Area Expansion

Challenge: A large law firm wanted to establish new practice areas. 

A large national firm was eliminating their Social Security Disability and Worker’s Compensation areas of practice and asked Nordstrom and Company to help with the transition. 

We found the perfect referral partners for both areas of practice and helped create a seamless integration between the firm and its new referral partners. Their ultimate goal was to add new areas of practice to replace the practice areas they were moving away from. Utilizing our mentor program, where we match attorneys with other attorneys who have experience and success in specific practice areas and are happy to share their insights… we helped our clients expand into Nursing Home Injury Negligence and mass tort litigation.
